Job Description :
Role:  Technical Lead . 
Location : Hinjewadi Pune , Resource should ready to work from Pune once office start
Resource should be technically very strong in ASP.NET, VB.NET, .NET latest Framework, .NET Core ,  SQL 2016, Jquery, WCF and good expertise on latest technologies Azure, Web API, Micro services etc.
Should have expertise on application which are supporting on different devices e.g. Tablets , laptop, mobile phone etc.
Should have expertise to perform effective code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical problems and providing  effective solution to it, providing the guidance to team on technical items,
Should have exposure on working large and complex web based application 
Resource should have good knowledge and understanding of internet security aspect and its mitigation.
Resource should have expertise to propose new architecture considering the current implementation, scalability and architecture of the application.
Resource should provide the technical solution independently to complex business problem , should perform the POCs, Present the POV to customers , 
Should be in position to re-engineer the existing VB.NET component to C# or .NET Core 
Resource should have experience on working the complex technical and functional application.
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers and management to help develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Versatility, flexibility and proactivity when resolving technical issues and dealing with ambiguity
Commitment to quality and on-schedule delivery proven ability to establish and meet milestones and deadlines
Should be good team player and initiative taker and should able to drive the change.
Should be engineering graduate and flexible to put efforts to meet the business expectations
Should be quick learner, Passionate to learn new Technical things and Perform POC , Should have good hands on coding
