JD:

– Minimum 5 years of work experience in PROD support environment in BO with Linux platform .

– Basic understanding of SAP Business Objects Administration and architecture in Linux . Good to have in windows but major in Linux

– Knowledge of universe, Webi Intelligence Reports, Crystal Reports, SQL queries would be desired.

– Good knowledge on UNIX commands and should be able to read, understand shell scripts, should be able to debug small issues and modify scripts if required.

– Must have good understating of service/infrastructure monitoring using tools like ITRS, BMY Remedy etc.

– Hands on ticketing tools like Service Now, JIRA

– Knowledge of either Java (BOSDK), Shell Scripting, Perl or Python will be preferred

Qualifications:-

Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.

Strong work ethics with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
