• Manage & track contractual commitments in account
• Function as single SOR for Financial & Delivery performance for the account
• Tracking & weekly reporting of revenue estimates and pipelines
• Define , Track & Report financial, delivery & people engagement performance regularly
• Function as SPOC for Account for any Audits, BCP, PSC, Data privacy & Information security
• Performance the role of compliance role for information security, Device compliances, Onboarding/offboarding activities well within compliance & audit requirements
• Liaison with BEU and system support group to ensure smooth operations
• Interact with MIS support team to bridge the time gap between Delivery and Support team.
• Collaborate with portfolio leads/ PU SPOCs to Collect information and prepare reports
• Conduct FTE Vs. Revenue analysis and drive Margin improvement activities
