Job description – Roles & Responsibilities

-Responsible for attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department.

Job Overview:

Responsible for revenue generation through strategic leasing at REIT Properties PAN India, this

role emphasizes quality lease management, brand optimization, and pre-leasing business

development. With 2-3 years of experience and a postgraduate qualification, the position

involves coordinating with internal departments, managing vendors, and supporting deal

closures.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for revenue generation by leasing retail spaces at all REIT Properties PAN India including Food court vacancies at the business parks.

Ensure Quality and comprehensiveness of lease management process (Renewals/Acquisition, Pricing, Contract Management, Termination, Controls)

Responsible for brand and category mix for retail section of the business parks

Responsible for all pre-leasing Business Development, pipeline generation for upcoming / under-development projects.

Shall be responsible for end-to-end leasing process with prospective tenants.

To coordinate with all internal departments for necessary approvals and ensure deal closure.

Generate revenue from casual leasing and branding spaces.

Manage vendor registration and payments.

Coordinate with respective Park Heads, Projects, and Operations teams apart from legal team, finance team for deal execution.

 

Qualification and Work Experience:

 

Any Postgraduate with minimum 2-3 years of relevant Retail Real Estate leasing experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

In-depth understanding of Retail Real Estate leasing practices and market dynamics.

Comprehensive knowledge of lease management processes, including renewals, acquisition, pricing, contract management, and termination controls.

Familiarity with branding and category mix strategies for retail sections within business parks.

Expertise in pre-leasing business development and pipeline generation for upcoming/under-development projects.

Knowledge of vendor management, including registration processes and payments.

Strong negotiation and deal-closure skills for leasing retail spaces.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for coordinating with internal departments and prospective tenants.

Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to optimize brand and category mix.

Business development skills for driving revenue through pre-leasing initiatives.

Proficient in coordinating across various departments to secure necessary approvals.

Lease Management: Demonstrated proficiency in managing the end-to-end lease management process.

Collaboration: Strong collaborative abilities, working effectively with internal teams, including Park Heads, Projects, Operations, Legal, and Finance.

Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for book closure, Consolidation, coordination for statutory and internal audit closure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring GL review, cost center review, internal controls

2. Preparing TB for book closure and ensuring all book closure entries are accounted along with Ind-As adjustments in SAP/tally. If need be, to pass book closure entries wherever necessary.

3. Responsible for ensuring monthly closure of books

4. Preparation of all audit workpapers, including complete analysis of expense, revenue, assets and liabilities.

5. Preparation of financial statements, consolidated /standalone in excel as per applicable accounting standards.

6. Ensuring TDS and GST remittance, including monthly/quarterly returns

7. Responsible for all MIS preparation, analysis

8. Work with accounting team wherever necessary to ensure book closure and financial reporting

9. Work with other departments to get information required for book closure and financial reporting

Qualifications and Work Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum :

5 years’ experience for Manager

7 years for Senior Manager

in a finance and audit team. Candidate should have experience working on book closure, IND AS, audit & compliance.Experience with SAP required.
