Aditya Birla Group is one of India’s largest Global Conglomerates. The corporate office has a core Projects team which is required to manage and oversee infrastructure projects key and critical stakeholders across business units.
As the Lead – MEPF, Base Build & Interior Projects at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting (MEPF) engineering and interior design projects. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and promoting sustainable practices.

Conducting periodic audits to identify critical capex upgrades and address operational issues.
MEP Design
Providing technical guidance for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, fire alarm, BMS, elevators, CCTV, access control, and public address systems.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
MEP Program & Project Management
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
HOTO and Commissioning
Ensuring project documentation and handover requirements are met.
Budget & Resource Management
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and resources are optimized.
Safety Control
Prioritizing safety during MEP installations and implementing measures to protect operational safety.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in MEP design and execution with a strong focus on project management.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Strong understanding of MEP systems and their applications in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
Expertise in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour) is a plus.
Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is preferred.
