General Job Responsibilities
Process/Operations Management, People Management experience, with a proven track record or rampup businesses and operations.
Lead 4 to 6 team leads directly and 50 to 60 data analysts, auditors, specialists, trainers of the process indirectly
Accountability of production and utilization of resources with proper planning and quality mindset.
Should have Fundamental financials data domain expertise, and IFRS /GAAP accounting exposureto help team members manage methodologies, resolve data issues to help clients.
Must act as primary POC to leaders to ensure
Delegation of tasks; assure team members engagement and psychological safety.
Primarily responsible for team productivity and quality as per SLA to deliver clients
Acts as main point of contact/manager for his or her entire team for all questions, comments, and concerns.
Deep domain expertise on public company fundamental financials, SEC forms and global stock exchanges and various reports of public companies listed across stock exchanges
Ensures entire team has the tools and resources needed to meet their goals.
Capable of converting business need into tech specs and mentor team leads to execute and direct tech to develop or improve tools and techniques.
LEAN and Agile mindset to be versatile. Ensures the team is operating under the most effective structure. Identifies and develops talent, should be able to people in the right places of work.
Monitors metrics dashboards and ensures consistent usage of the tools by all Team Leads.
Tracks, measures, and reports on agreed daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to all stakeholders.
Provides coaching, mentorship, and training to others on the team as appropriate and according to the specific needs of the individual and the group.
Identifies areas for improvement with automation mindset, across the team and proactively takes steps to improve upon these weaknesses by offering ideas for individual and group training and conducting or arranging individual and group training sessions as appropriate.
Sets goals and priorities for the Team Leads and researchers in consultation with the Senior Manager/Director and ensures performance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Effectively motivates and rewards the team insuring good overall morale.
Conducts performance reviews of each team member and Lead and explains/sets career development paths and opportunities for team members.
Monitors researcher availability to guarantee minimum staffing requirements are met/exceeded.
Daily Job Responsibilities/Deliverables
Project or Process planning to sustain business deliverables and SLA to maintain on production and quality from teams.
Must be excellent in business communications, negotiations and expected to have good English.
Stakeholder management and Team Leave management to see no impact on BAU and SLAs.
Consult hiring/staffing/budgeting plan ensure staffing is going as planned and plan with necessary parties to accomplish targets laid out.
Relay with HR team on status of hiring initiatives, communicate positions to be filled and timeline for acquisition of talent.
Interview and select candidates.
Hold sessions with Team Leads/full team to communicate any changes, issues, procedures, or reminders.
Communicate any questions, issues, or recommendations with regards to process, workflow, technology, methodology, team morale etc. all stakeholders.
Tally and log attendance, handling any issues that arise.
Arrange for job shifts based on daily staffing requirements.
Provide floor support by answering questions, solving issues that come up throughout the day and observing the dynamics of the team.
Monitor production and quality for all researchers onsite
Ensure adequate engagement levels of the staff to drive business results

Desired Candidate Profile:
Deep domain expertise on public company fundamental financials data, SEC forms and global stock exchanges and various reports of public companies listed across stock exchanges
12 to 15 years of professional work experience at various levels of seniority, and mandatory work experience to lead TLs and teams for 3 to 5 years.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance/business with an exceptional academic record
Professional degree (CA, CFA) preferred
Good experience of finance and analytical operations, with an exposure of Securities and Capital Structure data.
Prior experience in recruiting and managing diverse teams of 30+ people
Demonstrated ability to develop talent of team and provide strategic direction
Exposure to Automation and AI tools highly preferred
Possessing Advanced Excel, MS Access, SQL, PY, BI tool would have advantage
Strong people and project management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with local and international teams
Proven experience optimizing processes
