About the team
At FIS we are looking for a Product Support Representative to join the FIS.
What you will be doing
The role will involve daily communication with staff from leading banks and corporates to which FIS provides financial software solutions. You will be providing real-time assistance for business-critical products, to trouble shoot or produce an in-depth analysis of reported problems. Strong analytical skills are required to resolve issues of a technical and functional nature.
What you bring
Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted environment
Experience on Technical/L2/L3 Support
Extensive experience on supporting back office or order management system application.
Extensive experience on supporting FE application.
Competent in best practice principals of Client Communication and Support.
Knowledge of the financial services marketplace.
.NET / SQL (Mandatory)
Hands on experience on FIX Protocol, SQL, Scripting (Perl/Shell/Python) added advantage.
Good understanding of Order Management System.
Hands on experience on debugging/tracing logs
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
Knowledge of the business goals, objectives, and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
Knowledge of financial services industry
Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
