DGM – MARKETING QUALIFICATIONS: MBA in Marketing from reputed Institute. A course on advertising/marketing from
MICA is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: 15-20 years’ experience in Brand Marketing Space with exposure to Real Estate Industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent should be able to build a strong presence of Puravankara Brand and various projects across West across all segments. The candidate should have a strong presence across marketing strategy & planning, leading brand development, offline marketing, content strategy, lead generation & conversion, market research and competition analysis. Should have experience managing a large team across multiple locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
Create and oversee the annual marketing plan, including budget allocation and resource management.
Brand Development:
Drive the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity.
Ensure brand messaging is effectively communicated across all marketing channels and materials.
Offline Marketing:
Oversee traditional marketing channels, such as print, radio, and outdoor advertising, ensuring a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors. Content Strategy:
Develop and implement a content strategy that positions the company as a thought leader in the real estate industry.
Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, and video.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Optimize conversion funnels and sales processes to maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis. KEY SKILLS:
Possesses great communication skills and copy writing skill.
Good networking skills and connect with agencies.
