Responsibilities:
1. Able to understand requirements from stakeholders and able to transform the business requirement to technical requirements
2. Able to transition application from development team to support team
3. Ability to manage interactions with all stakeholders
4. Able to manage the support operations – Resource management, skill management, Workload management
5. Able to learn and understand Liferay platform (it is a web application platform in JAVA), DJango, Angular, PowerBI, etc…
6. Able to support the application and also provide technical guidance to the team

Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong communication and presentation skills – Interact with stakeholders on both business and technical requirements
2. Strong skills on Advanced JAVA – Java, Java Servlets, Java Beans, JavaScript, APIs and Services
3. Strong skills on MySQL, ArangoDB
4. Good knowledge of MVC Framework, HTML5, Bootstrap and UI concepts
5. Understanding of Liferay would be an added advantage. If not we will train the individuals
6. Be able to take up any new technology that comes up as part of the support
