JOB DESCRIPTION
Facility Executive – Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidates having Soft Service background withs experience in Facility.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
To ensure proper usage of PPE s.
Handle Clients’ complaints about service or equipment and work out the Customer Complaint System
To do housekeeping audits on weekly basis & give guidelines to the house keeping supervisors.
To review the monthly consumables, tools and equipment’s for housekeeping and maintain the inventory.
To measure the effectiveness of housekeeping and agency staff & conduct training of the Vendor Staff
Monitor the garbage yard and waste segregation with periodic disposal adherence.
To ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all the common area, office area, meeting rooms, operations floor, washrooms and utility rooms (by LL Team).
To ensure safe chemicals, below threshold value, are used and MSDS followed
Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment
Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff, including the day, event and post-event and supervision.
Provide training to all staff including technical and housekeeping regarding all company related standards and policy.
Ensure daily checklist and logbooks should be maintained including technical and housekeeping departments.
Provide 24 / 7 emergency response support and respond to these situations as per define SOP’s.
Follow up of all the pending works, resolve and update on daily basis.
