Airport project experience is must. Person would be responsible for ensuring the design are in the way that client needs.
Keywords can be used – Statutory Approvals, Compliance.
JD –
Focus on ensuring statutory approvals & Compliance for all ALD projects are obtained timely and the compliances are filed with the respective authorities regularly.
Overviewing Design Management across all ALD projects.
Implementing design scheduling, tracking as per the Project Master schedule.
Advise on scheduling of services and drawing requirements
Ensure proper documentation, progress and financial reporting in all aspects for design team.
