Manager (Business Development)
We are seeking to attract a go-getter’ with a can-do’ attitude who will assist the organization in enhancing our business growth in the areas of ports, airports, energy generation etc. The Manager (Business Development) will be tasked with detailed research, identifying opportunities, planning and managing the international opportunities successfully. The candidate is expected to bring capabilities such as creativity, organizational skills, and vision to assist our organization in amplifying our brand objectives.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, time-management and multi-tasking skills, and work towards improving the organization's revenue and successfully and effectively deliver the business objectives.
Identifying new agencies to address business opportunities.
Work closely with ecosystem players to nurture opportunities.
Designing events concepts and implementing events along with the events team.
Closely work with senior management teams.
Managing branding and communication.
Generating business development and event reports.
Conduct research on new opportunities.
Master’s degree in management.
Good communication and marketing skills.
Experience in project management.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work on stretch goals.
Effective time management.
Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
Good interpersonal skills.
Risk and crisis management experience.
5 to 8 years in Business Development/PR/Events.
