JD for BD coordinator

1. Civil Engineer or Arch.

2. Has experienced in construction management

3. Has worked on proposals , RFP , schedule preparation,  proposal compilation. Coordination with internal team

4. Presentation of proposal to clients

5. Project progress audits

6. SOP audits

7. MIS improvement

8. Dashboards and Executive summary reports and MIS preparation

9. Skills . MS project,  Power BI , acad , MS office , Adv excel

10. Excellent communication skills

11. Confidant and positive

12. Should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

13. Cud be from IPC

14. Cud be from Consulting cos

15. Cud be from client side corporate team profile

16. Review and Monitoring

17. Budget 10 to 20 lacs  Depending on exp. Incl. Buying n.p, should be able to join in 2 weeks
