Key purpose of the job: Responsible for supervision and management of the overall Commercial & Data Centre project as per

agreed design and cost parameters. Responsible to ensure all resources for the commercial & Data Centre project are available as

per plan to meet deadlines and to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained while achieving time and cost targets fixed

on a weekly and monthly basis. Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances on site and maintain excellent working relations

Ownership of overall Commercial & Data Centre project development (inception to completion). Project & Construction

Management, Design Management, Program Management, Cost Management & Cost Control, Contract Administration,

Supervision, Value Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Quality Assurance and Control.

Responsible for supervision and management of the overall project within the stipulated time and cost parameters

meeting acceptable standards of Quality and Safety.

Developing project briefs, preliminary budgets, timelines, strategy and execution plans

Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for implementing Quality Management Systems & internationally accepted best practices. The role will drive vendor empanelment, developing onsite quality management processes, quality target setting, statistical analysis, CoPQ and productivity improvement, supplier capability development, workmanship training needs identification, design standardization support etc. The role also involves co-ordinating with site teams to ensure compliance to approved specifications, protocols, both in Civil & Finishing Quality.

Key purpose of the job: To Establish and Monitor EHS Management System which is aligned with ISO requirements, Business strategy, Group EHS requirements, will set new bench marks by adopting internationally accepted best practices, innovations and continuous improvement.

The role is responsible for Overall EHS Management by ensuring proper EHS Manuals, plans, process and procedures are in place to drive safety culture across projects in all regions and also responsible for knowledge management under the HSE function as well

He will oversee development and implementation of behaviour based safety practices, verify the implementation and compliance of EHS Process, legal requirements, safety norms, rules & regulations, codes, contractual EHS requirements in EHS. Shall Conduct periodic Site Visits, Audits at project level to monitor and control implementation, ensure compliance with the implementation of EHS Process and requirements and shall report to the management.


Develop annual EHS Strategy and conceptualize the approach to institutionalization of safety
